The ImRaum Immobilien GmbH consists of an experienced team of real estate experts and acquires, develops, and manages carefully selected properties in attractive locations in Vienna, Lower Austria, Upper Austria, and Salzburg.

Initially started as a project developer and builder for residential properties, ImRaum has today evolved into a long-term oriented real estate investor – with the goal of creating a long-term, value-stable portfolio of existing properties.

IW Group

Since 2019, ImRaum Immobilien GmbH has been the operational management company and competence center for the real estate investments of the IW Group. Thus, we are part of an owner-managed Austrian holding company, which invests specifically in selected industries in order to promote growth and ensure stability.
